Travel Grants
Support for delegates to attend the 20th RRI Conference
The Conference Secretariat is offering a limited number of travel grants to potential conference delegates who would not otherwise be able to attend. These grants are intended to support breast cancer survivors and advocates from developing countries in sharing their knowledge and bringing back new insights to their communities.
Full Travel Grants
- Conference Registration & Gala Dinner fee
- Round-trip economy-class transportation
- Hotel accommodation (3-star or higher)
Partial Travel Grants
May cover a combination of:
- Conference Registration & Gala Dinner fee
- Economy-class transportation OR Hotel accommodation
Selection Criteria
Travel Grants will be issued only to applicants who:
Are breast cancer survivors
Reside in a developing country
Work in their home country as a breast cancer volunteer/advocate
Demonstrate they will take what they learn back to benefit their community
Certify that neither they nor their organisation can cover the costs
Have submitted a successful abstract for an oral presentation
Are sufficiently proficient in English to contribute to the Conference
Important Dates
- Deadline for Travel Grant Applications: 10 April 2026
- Notification: Successful applicants will be notified by 24 April 2026.
- Registration Deadline: Recipients must register using the provided link by 25 May 2026.
