Call for Abstracts

Preferred topics for abstracts include:

• •Keeping up with changes in peer support, advocacy, and research
• •Exercise and breast cancer
• •Incorporating patient navigation and peer navigation
• •Diet and nutrition
• •Advanced breast cancer
• •Managing a Reach to Recovery programme
• •Patient navigation by breast care nurses and community-based volunteers
• •Marginalized or diverse communities
• •Long-term side effects of breast cancer
• •Returning to work after breast cancer
• •Managing co-morbidities and reproductive health
• •Legal rights of individuals with breast cancer

Successful abstract submitters will be informed in their acceptance letters whether they are invited to present an oral or poster presentation. A few abstract submitters may be invited to present rapid-fire oral presentations rather than traditional oral or poster presentations. Detailed instructions on the types of presentation will be provided in the acceptance letters.
